What comes inside each subscription?

The contents of each will be based on a theme which we’ll announce (and possibly some sneak peeks of included products) prior to it being packed and shipped. Each EcoExciting package is a discovery box and therefore the specific contents are intended to be a surprise. We are aiming for each box to have 2 or 3 options of each sustainable product type. This will enable you to be able to try out different solutions and identify which one works best for you. It will also include a leaflet with more information about each of the products and it’s maker as well as some EcoExciting top tips!


How often will I get my EcoExciting box?

Your EcoExciting box will be shipped once every three months. Our current launch target is June 2019, then following with September, December and March. We don’t want to be delivering you more items than you can use, we want to reduce waste not create more! This is because products included are things that will take time to use and to give you enough time to decide which works best for you and your lifestyle. We’ll also always encourage you to pass on any of the products that don’t work for you.


What is our shipping poliicy?

The price of our EcoExciting boxes include the cost of shipping and they will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class, signed for. As each EcoExciting box is too big to fit through a normal letter box and we wish to make sure you’ll receive it safely.


When will my EcoExciting box be shipped?

EcoExciting boxes will be shipped during the first week of the month. You will receive an email once your box is shipped so you know to look out for your EcoExciting box.


How do the subscriptions work?

Once you are subscribed you can log into your account and amend any details around your subscription you are also able to cancel your subscription here (although we hope you want to stay and see what is in the next EcoExciting box!). The cut-off date for new subscribers is the 25th of the month. For example for a box to be delivered in December, the last day to be able to sign up to receive that box is the 25th November. If you subscribe after this date, you will be able to purchase the previous box at an extra cost and subject to availability, but this will be shipped out immediately and your first EcoExciting subscription will commence at the next scheduled date.


Can I buy a subscription as a gift?

Of course you can! We think that EcoExciting boxes are a great gift for someone you think would love to start their journey to living more sustainably. There are a few options here, you can purchase a subscription as normal and use their name and shipping address instead of yours, you can purchase a one-off box or you can purchase them a past box that you think they will enjoy.


What is our policy on refunds and returns?

Each EcoExciting box is a discovery box and the contents are intended as a surprise and therefore we are not able to offer refunds or returns. If an item arrives damaged we will gladly replace the damaged item so you have the chance to try the products properly. If this happens please contact us at hello@ecoexciting.co.uk.


Can I changed the contents of my EcoExciting box?

At the moment we do not offer full customisation of EcoExciting boxes, but here may be times when we offer different options depending on the specific contents. An idea we have for the future is a vegan only option.
